Meet With Your Feet is hosting a special Couch to 5K Finale Fun Run/Walk on the 5th of March. Killinkere Leisure Centre will be the setting for the special event, which celebrates the Vera O’ Reilly Memorial 5km Charity Run.

Registration on the day opens at 12pm, and the run/walk commences at 12:30pm. It promises to be a fun-filled day with spot prizes, along with refreshments and live sport on TV in the lounge afterwards.

Donations on the day are appreciated. All proceeds raised will go to the Virginia Cancer Care Fund and residents of Virginia's HSE Nursing Home.

There is still a couple of weeks left until the event, so if you'd like to get some training in beforehand, the Meet With Your Feet running group takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm at Killinkere Leisure Centre.
